I was not a big fan of Darrent as a CB... but this is ridiculous and sad. My friends and I stopped doing new years in DT Denver years ago because of all the stupid Hip Hop junk going on down there too. This supports it.

I kept trying to remember if there was something that Williams had done that led to their downfall, but IIRC, he played a good game. (as did both teams).
Sure doesn't seem to be a random thing...

This pretty much hits the nail in the head. A lot of these playes still have that urban thug mentality and put themselves in dangerous situations with their poor judgement and poor conduct.

For all we know, he could have been trying to use his fame to steal someone else's girl. When you're in that thug scene, that stuff gets you killed.

I imagine that it will come out that he got into an altercation either at a club or with a car at a light. I doubt this was just a random event. Unfortunately your mouth can get you killed these days......
