Not sure you understood what I said. I called the manufacture to troubleshoot the unit. Who the hell would call Amazon to discuss troubleshooting a unit or trying to find out if it is indeed defective? I call Amazon when I know something is broke and then return it.
Denon turned around and helped setup the return with Vanns for me and sent me a new unit. They went out of their way with the vendor to help me.
Sure, that's nice of Denon they bullied Vanns on your behalf to give you 2 day air replacement at Vann's cost, I'm just saying Amazon does that no questions asked.
