I still remember that bum jacking up threes in the first quarter in order to force the coach to bench him in a must win Game 2 of the 1995 WCF when he was on the Spurs and then he blamed David Robinson for losing that series to Houston. The game was must win because he decided to leave Robert Horry wide open for the game winner in Game 1 so he could run to the basket to try to stat pad his rebounding total farther.

He and the coach hated each other and Rodman had been a whining bitch all playoffs. After the Spurs had come back and tied that series 2-2 by winning two games in Houston Rodman then decided to try the coach by being really late to practice before Game 5 and got predictably benched for that too. Rodman was nothing but cancer to the Spurs that entire 1995 playoffs, which is why the only offer they got from anyone when trying to trade him in the summer was for Will Perdue from Chicago. I guess the Bulls GM Krause figured Jordan would have beat the shit out of Rodman if he pulled that crap there.
