Holy shit! That was Dennis Hopper as the bad guy in Waterworld! I never knew that. I actually quite like that movie, and he was great.

He'll be missed. Don't think I've seen many of his films though.
 
Probably one of the best over actors of all time.

He had a knack for taking a role and going totally over the top with it without coming off as a fool while doing it. Not an easy thing to do.
