Incase you didn't know it the last CR sent to the Senate before the shutdown didn't ask to repeal the ACA, it only asked for a delay in the individual mandate. The ACA would be in full swing. Saying the shutdown is over repealing the ACA is what is disingenuous.

"Only." I do not think this word means what you think it means...

What did the Republicans offer in return? Negotiation requires both sides to get something... Saying that they will do their jobs in return for gutting a piece of legislation that has already waited 4 years for implementation is not "only" anything. Give the democrats a constitutional amendment guaranteeing gay marriage for the entire US and maybe you have something to work with!
