Well, I think he's responsible for the BS proposal to send all new parents a Mozart CD. He may also be responsible for the GA lottery proceeds going almost entirely to education. I would call that a wash. But Zell Miller is clearly more compatible with Saxby Chambliss than Max Cleland . . . not sure what that means.
