All that does is prevent you from voting in primaries.I am currently disillusioned. I will be changing my party affiliation to independent.

What it also does is remove the stain of the democratic name from being associated with yoursAll that does is prevent you from voting in primaries
We basically have two choices, like it or not. And a distant third that can function very well as a spoiler. What it also does is remove the stain of the democratic name from being associated with yours
Not anymore. After 32 years of thinking that, I no longer think that. The Democratic party is a failure, I've articulated it quite well.We basically have two choices, like it or not. And a distant third that can function very well as a spoiler.
Well the ones we lost in 2024 got trump elected, just like Nader got bush elected. But at least Perot got Clinton elected, I think it was. Memory a little foggy on that one.Not anymore. They need to go or become a much smaller party. They are incapable of some of the most basic functions that a party should do in the face of opposition. Most of these people are so fucking insulated in their privilege, And so out of touch that it's gross. And then if many of the rest they don't have any fucking balls. There are some good ones but it's not enough to maintain being a major political party here.
I'd love to see them lose lots of democratic registered voters. You'd hope it might teach them something but I don't think they're capable of learning.
Oh yes let's blame everyone else but the fucking party. The main reason the Democrats lost people in 2024 is because they shoved Biden down our throats, and he created a colossal fuck up that was easy to see from a mile away. They fucked us over.Well the ones we lost in 2024 got trump elected, just like Nader got bush elected.
I think the main issue is we just can’t find a candidate to rally around.Oh yes let's blame everyone else but the fucking party. Shoved Harris down our throats too and she was too much of a suckup to corporate interests to even run on the $2000 a year out of pocket cap on Medicare Part D she helped pass. Absolutely ridiculous to not be screaming from megaphones constantly about the policy that protects the highest turnout demographic from their greatest fear, eg, seniors being bankrupted by the cost of medicine, that she cast the tie-breaking vote to pass.Oh yes let's blame everyone else but the fucking party. I disagree there. Harris was the only choice. She only had a few months to run and they made a few crucial mistakes but still didn't lose by much. She also did a lot of things right. I don't blame her really, she was fucked over BECAUSE OF BIDEN! She had to start an entire campaign out of nothing in a week. It was a colossal task that Biden forced upon us and of course miscalculations were going to be made - Biden deprived us of having a regular length campaign, and the Dem party let him do it.Shoved Harris down our throats too and she was too much of a suckup to corporate interests to even run on the $2000 a year out of pocket cap on Medicare Part D she helped pass. I can't believe the level of benefit of doubt you want to give the Democrats. Like they didn't know a year ago that Biden was gone and unelectable. Like it's some accident they waited until Biden shit his pants on national TV at the debate when it was too late to do anything but run Harris. Nonstop deflection and accusing anyone questioning Biden's fitness of spreading right wing conspiracy theories. They handpicked a loser who couldn't win a single primary last time to combat the guy who was clearly going to take our republic away. We got no voice and it's like you want to absolve the DNC and make only Biden the fall guy.I disagree there. Harris was the only choice. This all starts with Biden. And for anyone who says well, he was the incumbent, and this is how it works! Since when do we crown fucking kings? Biden was untouchable because he was an incumbent? That's scary talk. A fucking major political party representing tens of millions of people needs to be able to put forth the best way to defeat the other party, especially when we all knew what it meant, fascism. If it's painfully and clearly evident your incumbent is not the right guy AT ALL, well then, get your shit together, act like people who are supposed to care about the country, and make sure the king does not run again. That's your jobs! You are literally the leaders of a party that runs the fucking USA - you are supposed to be competent. But the entire Dem party was not competent, and gave us Trump 2025. And even worse, they have no idea what to do now. Project 2025 had years to plan this, and they wrote a manual! And the Dems are still fucking clueless.
Bye Dems.
I'm not sure what you are reading because I did not give the Dems the benefit of the doubt at all, in fact, all I did was call them out and blame them!I can't believe the level of benefit of doubt you want to give the Democrats. Also I don't know how anyone can defend putting Liz Cheney front and center in your campaign instead of say this amazing benefit you got passed that will make an enormous difference for seniors so they don't have to live in fear of being bankrupted by chemo drugs and such.
Why do you not think Harris was the Democrats plan all along?I'm not sure what you are reading because I did not give the Dems the benefit of the doubt at all, in fact, all I did was call them out and blame them!
Hand grenades? They're throwing fucking ICBMsK but they aren't throwing baseballs, they're throwing hand grenades. You don't get to ignore these pitches you nutless wonder.
How do you feel about Joe Biden?lol it’s like watching two voice assistants talk to each other.
Not in all states. There's about 18 with open primaries. All that does is prevent you from voting in primaries.

Another high profile Dem proving the party is a failure. Still talking about finding a middle/common ground on some issues with these people. The Dem party is simply stupidly out of touch at this point.
