lets see.....Edwards collected bundled money from lawyers.....oh i forgot, those legal secretaries just spontaneously donated 10% of their takehome pay....now we have folks with Mob employees (if that's what you call a "hit man") donating 16 million dollars...

just regular folks participating in honest politics..

Better that than having connections to bin Laden and the Taliban, and having the oil cartel (Ken Lay, Saudi Arabia, etc.) as your "main money man".
 
Speaking of organized crime, how many innocent people is the Bush administration responsible for?

Enron, Harken and Haliburton make racketeers look like a small-town girl scout troop.

My suggestion is if you are going to be outraged--might as well go for the pro scum first.
 
I asked this once before, and got no response, so I'll ask again. Why is it, that every time something is pointed out about Democrats or Kerry, the same drones flock to turn the thread around on the Bush administration?

Then shouldn't you be the bigger group, and not resort to such tactics? Using the same MO as a group you don't agree with makes you just as bad, if not worse than the originator. Worse, because supposedly you are going against your core values, just because "they did it to us". Think about it.
 
Fine. I don't think Edwards is aware of of what that person does and we all know he doesn't endorse it. We can only hope he gives back the money if it was acquired by unjust means.
 
Well, the last time the mob supported the Dems it was in 1960. They figured they had Kennedy in their pocket- and he turned on 'em, made his brother attorney general, who did his dead level best to rip 'em a new one...

Read my older all about Edwards post. These guys have been crawling around him since he was chosen to be the first trial lawyer in the White House. Edwards has been bred to protect the Tort Lawyers. These guys are more dirty than Bill Clinton is on a bad day. I see a lot of trouble for Kerry/Edwards if they luckily get elected.

But thanks to Kerry's zero substance (one line about his 19 years in Congress and two on terror) speech I don't think there is much to worry about.
 
Then again, Bush is connected to the Saudi Royal Family, who happen to fund money to terrorists and support militant muslim clerics.

Umm...check the polls my friend. Keryy has a slight lead. Now I don't know about you, but aren't incumbents usually supposed to be ahead at this point if they want a chance at reelection. Bush is going to have to do something else other than bash Kerry is he wants to win reelection. The American people need to see real results, not just slander and false accusations from Bush. If you think Bush has it in the bag right now, your not following politics that closely at all.

generally each candidate gets a boost around their convention...unless of course they aren't that liked....so yes it is normal for "Keryy" to have a slight lead by now...or at least it isn't unheard of.
