...because the Graphic Artists who create this stuff are all capable of identifying the country and era of military uniforms, Amirite!?!?
Graphic artists are not high school dropouts ya know.

I don't get the ad. Suppose it actually showed US troops. Now what? You always want a soldier backin yalls up? Um ok. Good to know. I'll remember that.

No, they're not. Case in point: My Mother has a Master's Degree, and my Sister has a Bachelor's. Both are Graphic Artists. Neither one would know the difference between any army's uniforms. And - trust me on this - they damned sure *would* notice the clash.

Yes - We thought the whole thing was stupid, too. ;)

I would expect part of a graphics artist's job is to understand the graphics they are using and determine if it's appropriate. Why don't you ask mom and sis about this one. I bet you will be surprised at the answer you get.

You are overly confident: It's all Clip-Art to them. As evidenced by the fact this picture has already been established to come from a Clip Art website.

I remember a Joe Lieberman ad from 2008-it's theme was something like "a new day is dawning" but unfortunately his people used a picture of a sunset instead.

Lock this thread. Another troll post by Spidey.

Designer's mistake does not mean a Democrat is supporting Nazi troops.
