Make no mistake where their loyalty lays. If you support the Military so much, the least you could do is recognize those are german uniforms. LOL indeed.

A North Carolina state legislator says he supports the military, but a flyer prepared by his campaign could lead some to question which country's.

Democrat Tim Spear's campaign has apologised after inadvertently sending voters a leaflet showing actors in World War II-era German uniforms.

...actually, the Left have been highly consistent about comparing the military to Nazis.

Not seeing how it supports Nazi's at all, but I lack the required brain damage to see things from your point of view.

The German Army wasn't really nazis per se; it existed before Hitler took power and he just used it. So from my point of view they're actually comparing Obama to Hitler.

It's still disgusting, though.

Epic fail.

With that said, there is no way this flyer "supports Nazi troops". It's probably an honest mistake (which is still epic fail).

Funny, yes, it's hilarious. Disgusting is a bit much, as this is just an unintentionally funny slip-up through ignorance.

This is definitely funny, though I don't see it as a partisan issue. The ad was created by an agency, not by the candidate.

<-------Democrat, active-duty military for six years, would have recognized this as a picture of German troops.

Might not be a good idea to use google to find your images to use on a flyer. And lighten up people, it's funny.

Important reasons why you should always doublecheck your work when you farm it out to a design firm.

They should have had this flyer screened by Ohio Republican candidate Rich Iott. He could easily have identified those German Army uniforms, though his speciality is the Wiking SS...

This one really made me laugh because it is precious on so many levels!

Can we be sure it isn't a joke ad from some place like The Onion, Mad or Cracked?

The firm that produced the advert touting his support for the military has accepted blame, US media reported.

A republican probably owns the firm. LOL. I can't believe they would use a picture of WWII German soldiers otherwise.

...because the Graphic Artists who create this stuff are all capable of identifying the country and era of military uniforms, Amirite!?!?

(Hint: They can't. Nor would the great majority of them even care, except insofar as "Why is that one wearing a plain shirt and camo pants... OMGTACKY!!"

LOL! I think that would be another show that I wouldn't tune in.

But whoever designs military uniforms probably should as restraint does not seem to always be in season.

(Well, maybe right, who am I to judge?)

When you have to make a statement, it is not the uniform, it is the weapon that does the talkin'.
