Delphi XM SKYFi? Satellite Radio Receiver

I don't have any information about the quality of this particular reciever but it's not bad if you are already looking to buy/subscribe to a satellite radio

$49.99 with a $50 rebate

Can you use one of these on their own? Or do you have to plug it in to some other thing? CC page says you *must* buy another accessory. Can you just plug in earphones?

You need a home kit or car kit to play on a home stereo or in your car.
The last line of the product description: "Requires an XM? subscription and a home or car kit."

I think the OP's link was an affilate link, it doesn't work anyway. here

I have this reciever, I am very happy with it. However, the CC site shows this as $100 - 50 MIR for a final price of $50. Maybe you only got the OP's price through his affilate link, not sure.

See this thread
for a free after MIR model.

CC is now showing it as $100 - $100 in rebates, although clicking the rebates tab shows that only a single $50 rebate is currently valid. Also, although the advertised price is $100, if you add it to your cart the proce goes to $86, which isn't too bad with the $50 rebate, bringing it to $36 (I think with free shipping) for the unit. A pity it requires a $50 home or car kit to go with it.

Edit: here's the same thing on a different site for $10 + shipping after rebate:
