This nForce 430 chipset based Dimension C521 computer (with PCIe x16 slot) comes with
  • AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual-Core 4000+ processor
    1GB of DDR2 SDRAM
    160GB 7200RPM S-ATA HD
    16x DVD-ROM
    nVidia GeForce 6150 LE
    Integrated 7.1 channel audio
    10/100 networking
    Windows XP Home
    1 year warranty
20" widescreen Dell E207WFP LCD monitor

You can upgrade to the 22" Dell E228WFP for just $40, taking the price up to $519.

Seems like a good deal, if you dont mind an AMD.

What's the difference between the 22" Dell E228WFP (+$40) and the 20" UltraSharp 2007WFP (+$110)....why is the 20" more expensive?

From the monitor "tab", click the link "Help Me Choose" and from there choose "Recommendations" and "Compare Side By Side".

UltraSharp is their premium monitor.

This is a SFF system. No regular sized video card would fit.

Correction: Nothing more than a regular sized video card will fit. Dell offers two regular sized card upgrades for that system.

This is another good Dimension deal but unfortunately they don't allow you the option of no monitor for more savings (as they do in their xps systems). Also, you'd better be pretty happy with the base configurations as their upgrades are quite expensive ($100 more for one more gig of memory, $90 for X1300 Pro video card, $60 for DVD writer, etc.).

The difference between the monitors is that the 2007 has an S-IPS panel (8-bit) whereas the other 2 are 6-bit TN panels.

Well I guess I was wrong. Maybe Dell should show a low-profile card for the video card selection instead of the regular sized card they show now?

It does seems like the board does come with the option video card slot. However, nothing about low profile. The tax kills us all.
