rofl. when I get those form emails it would be nice if they just left that shit in so they weren't acting like they were actually helping

I'm sure the chat part is automated in some way, either with hotkeys for commonly used statements, or possibly auto responder bots for the beginning and end of the conversation.

I am going to start adding stuff like that to my emails. (Personalise this part of the post so the ATOT community doesn't feel like you are neffing on autopilot.)

Ahh good old Dell support. I don't really want to jump through your testing hoops, so I already know the most critical error codes and issues that will get me the requested parts without standing on my head and singing a tune while holding my breath. Yes... even if those codes/issues aren't the actual issue I have. So please, let us both stop pretending we care and just send me what I'm asking for.
