iPad pro 12.9 takes care of that!

No, it does not, at least not for me. I need certain chrome extensions.
Plus, it has no kickstand, nor a (proper, bundled, native) kb stand.

A common use case for me it to lie down, and put the laptop/tablet on my stomach. Or have my legs straight. A stand mode la Yoga is the only form factor I would ever consider. But, that's off topic.

Man, is there no GTX 1060 on any of the XPS15 line? this would be a no brainer for me, but it has almost the same weight as the gigabyte aero 14 similary configured but that has a 1060.

The XPS cannot double as a Moog 15! :D

This alone is worth owning the iPad pro. My 7+ runs it nice as well.
I just wish it would stream to a bluetooth speaker.

Nvidia has been vague on the GTX 1060 Mobile TDP (saying OEM's can customize it), but seeing its literally clocked exactly like the desktop variant, I'm assuming its the around the same 120W TDP, which makes it WAY too much for the XPS 15's cooling (Aero 14 is slightly bulkier and has more fan noise to compensate). Think about it... the XPS 15 9560 is a 15.6" laptop that's has the same displacement as most competitor's 14" laptops.

The XPS 15 predecessor's GTX 960m only has a TDP of 80W, so it would make sense for it to be replaced with a GTX 1050. But it's quite disappointing there is no GTX 1050 Ti option (yet?).

Not even sure what I am watching.
