I'd have preferred an Intel NIC and 8GB RAM over the Killer NIC and only 4GB RAM.

That's really not bad considering it has a mini DisplayPort, those are tough to come by at this price. I don't really know anything about the screen quality (other than it being a good 1600x900 resolution). If it had Haswell instead of Ivy Bridge, it would be a very good deal.
