Why not? Guy with 4 posts, registered yesterday comes on and posts a price anyone can get from Dell, no coupon codes, rebates or anything.

We had a post like this before where a guy came on and just posted that the best price he could find was like 460 something and no link at all.

Yeah. As long as frickin' Dell doesn't get your auction pulled! I had eBay cancel two of my auctions because Dell reported it for trademark infraction. WTF?! At least eBay was cool and refunded my insertion fees.
