By the way...for those of you that don't know. Best way to check for dead pixels and misfiring pixels is to create a full screen white image and full screen black image. Any problems should show up on either the white or black.

I can't seem to get that $40 off $350 code to work. Says it's been redeemed, but multiple people have used it. Did it run out of uses?

Same thing with mine. 1 stuck blue and 1 red pixel, a little too much light in the corners and the cable plugged in to a "new" monitor. I called last night and they said it would take a week to process, but they would send it overnight (as req. by law or something).
Still, it's a beautiful monitor and my friends were impressed with it.

What is Dell's pixel policy anyway? Cuz I have a 2001FP with 2 or 3 dead/stuck pixels. Most places have a minimum dead pixel requirement in order to RMA (eg: Newegg won't replace if less than 8)

THANKS! I desperately want that monitor!
