Read through the comments. Many are getting monitors with a Samsung panel (this one).

Seems like a pretty good deal at about $230 after shipping if you get the Samsung. I put in for one since they seem to be originating from Texas. My Dell shipments pretty much always come from there, so hopefully I'll get what I want.
