Dell UltraSharp 1901FP 19-inch vs. Dell UltraSharp 2001FP 20.1-inch

Hi,

I am trying to decide between the two of these and i was wondering if there was any difference between the two other than screen size!

Primary use would be gaming. There is a great deal on the 2001 for US customer but unfortunately for us canadians there is a $350 difference between the two ($850 vs $1200) and i just wanted to confirm that cheaper one only had a smaller screen and no other features are missing!

1901 resolution is 1280x1024, 2001 is 1600x1200

2001FP has a 16ms response time vs. the 25ms response time of the 1901. Gamer with $350 extra to spend? Get the 2001. If not the 1901 is a great monitor also. 2001FP

I talked teh dell guy down to $1050 (For 2001FP) which is around US$800. Figure that was as a good deal as i was gonna get in Canada so i ran with it.

apparently 1901 also has 29mm DP vs 24mm DP for 2001.

PS. I didnt know Dell prices were up for negotiation (the dell guy started with $1500 and ended at $1050, i felt i could have taken him to $1000 had i know before hand that the thing was up for negotiation). Good thing to know for future purchases.
