Dell tech is sending me viruses!

So I played the middleman between a Dell "technician" online and one of my clients. I used my email address. Big mistake apparently.

The tech's computer has the new variant of Beagle and I get a dozen or so notifications coming to my account from this pc. I traced the headers and it matches from origin and pc name as the official correspondence. Nice eh?

Its probably a forged header. People call me all the time saying someone from my company sent them a virus.
