I need to hack the fans inside my poweredge600sc to spin at max RPM.
Can someone suggest an idea ?? Any software that does this ??
 
yes try general hardware or cooling forum or software forum1st.

3rd- I think you have to pull the fan voltage up so it runs faster and yes you caN SLOW THEM DOwn by loweting the voltage with some wire mod.
 
Im not sure how easy this would be unless you rewired the fans to connect to a 12v connector. I believe all Dells have the fan control onboard with a certain chip, this is how after reaching a certain temperature they can bring additional fans online to cool it down faster. I can't guarantee this for servers because my Dell experiences have been limited to laptops and desktops.
