Dell SC400 Question

I got a Dell server model SC400 a while back and recently swapped the CPU out from a p4 2.4 gig to a Prescott 3.0 gig CPU. I didn't replace the heatsink / Fan setup that came with the case because it's proprietary and is extremely quiet. Now whenever I try to rip a dvd or process a DVD the computer locks up. I am sure it is due to the higher temps. My question is, what heatsink/fan can I use in that particular case with the shroud directing air out the back, or do I have to scrap the shroud and just use active cooling with a standard heatsink / fan. I don't want to have an more noise than it currently generates(extremely quiet). If so what do you all recommend?

thanks for your input..

I need a socket 478 cooler by the way... also, that link has some reviews after the conclusion from users that were not at all impressed.

i think prescott reviews has it as the hottest processor in the world... you do probably need a new heatsink..
