Guys:

Dell is located at www.dell.com. There's a big ad for this on the small business site.

If your time is too precious to type "dell.com" in your browser, you should probably get back to work.

I don't see the modem as an free option for the $399 price, are you sure it comes with one?

Which deal is better: This PC or the SB deal, PowerEdge P4 2.4GHz 800FSB System $274 after $100MIR.

Specs:

* Free Upgrade to an Intel® P®4, 2.4GHz,800FSB at a Cel 2.4 price
* 128MB DDR, ECC, 400MHz, 1X128MB
* 3.5 in, 1.44MB, Floppy Drive
* 48X CD-ROM
* Standard Windows Keyboard,Gray
* Logitec System Mouse, Gray
* 1Yr,Parts + Onsite Labor (Next Business Day)
* 40GB 7.2K RPM IDE Hard Drive
* ATI Rage XL PCI graphic card
* Onboard 1000Mbps NIC
* 6 x USB 2.0, 1 parallel, 2 serial, 2 PS/2
* 8x AGP, 4 PCI slots (1 used by video card)
* Serial ATA
* Integrated Audio

I have a full version of XP Pro. Can I install this MB into my Antec case? I presently don't have an AGP card so graphics isn't important. But would it still be cheaper to get a shuttle MB for $80, 512MB memory, and a AMD cpu for $100, wait for Athlon 64 price drop or just buy one of these dells? Since I want to upgrade to 512 memory how much would that cost approx?

Thanks

Sorry forgot to edit it out from the deal earlier in the week.
