Dell Returns | Anyone here ever return anything?

I sorta jumped the gun on a "hot deal" the other day and it appears I might have to return something (yes, my own dumb fault...stupid Internet Hot Deals). Their Web site says something about a 15% restocking fee, even if the item was never opened.

I'm wondering if anyone here has returned anything to Dell and if they were able to get around the fee? Seems absurd to be charged that much, especially if the item is sent back to them unopened/untouched.

Just curious.

When the package arrives tell the courier "refused - return to sender".

You aren't charged shipping and there shouldn't be a restocking fee.

Have you actually done this before? Just doesn't seem like it would work.
