Dell is having a President's day Sale and marking $200 off their Inspiron i-3 660S. That would be a price of $379.99. If you want to pick something up for a relative this might be good time. No monitor and it comes with the dreaded Win 8! This might be a good time to look for some other quick sales at places like Newegg or amazon.
I like this size for a PC, but I just cant see buying a Dell.
