After tons of hassles (ie. trying to yank my 3year upgrade and/or the $100 off, charging the wrong card, telling me I couldn't have the config I wanted) I finally told Dell to put the two machines straight up where it smells like roses. I was just fed up when it was eleven days later and still no ship on my units. I instead decided to help out the "little" guy. Explorermicro.com has some really decent prices, and is upfront about their systems. So it doesn't have Dell on it, but I am already more satisfied because they haven't told me that I can't have what I ordered! Big business sucks, support your fellow small businessman!
