Yeah, this is one of those really *small* computers, like the Compaq iPaq (not the handheld) and the AST Century City (that really inexpensive computer some of us got for ~$200 last year at Circuit City).

Note that it only supports half-height PCI cards and the CD-ROM drive is a notebook drive (so you won't be able to replace it with a CDR/W or DVD Drive unless you buy a notebook sized one).

I think it's a great deal and am tempted to get one. But I'm still using my Century City quite happily.

On an unrelated note, I've tried to find our original thread on the AST and it's *gone.* Are threads deleted after awhile? (I *really* tried to find it and used every search option possible!!!!).

Not bad, we have the celeron version at work and they suck. I wouldn't recommend putting a heavy monitor on top of this thing. I had to call in many replacements floppy drivers and CD-ROM.
