I ordered a flash drive from Dell on the fifth, on the 21st and the product still not shipped. I called and canceled. Three days later, I call back and they said the product is shipped out. They charged my card, and shipped me two of the thingymagic, but they charged me for one. Do I return one of them, both of them, or just keep the extra? Has this happen to any one? And if it did, do they go back and bill you for the extra one?
