I ordered a flash drive from Dell on the fifth, on the 21st and the product still not shipped. I called and canceled. Three days later, I call back and they said the product is shipped out. They charged my card, and shipped me two of the thingymagic, but they charged me for one. Do I return one of them, both of them, or just keep the extra? Has this happen to any one? And if it did, do they go back and bill you for the extra one?
 
If they figure it out, they'll give you a few days to return one, then charge your card again. 🙁 Sucks. You can contest the charge, and prolly get the credit back to your card, but is it worth it?

Example: A 36" LCD would be worth it, but a 80gig hard drive wouldn't. 😀
