This is a legit wholesaler located in S. California. They sell most of their stuff on ebay.
 
I considered this, I have a question though, amI allowed to ditch Win2k (for linux) and sell the win2k on eBay as an OEM version (as long as I include hardware?)

no, Dell OEM Win2k disks DO NOT work in other PCs.
