My friend said it is worth for me to buy a Dell notbook I don't know much about netbook so is Dell netbook any god?

for the most part all netbooks are about the same. The key is getting one that hase a KB that isn't too small for your hands.

Most have the option to come with XP, but many have some form of Linux installed instead, since it is cheaper.

Ok will vista or win 7 ever work with netbok? I ask because Microsoft might disconnect life support for windows xp in the future

Yes. The MSI Wind can use Vista as can some others. If it works with Vista it will work even better with Windows 7.

Thanks but I am not ordering direct from Dell though
