Stop using indian tech support! I just had to call dell and man there was this Indian woman I could not make out hardly one word she was saying. I can't fathom how anyone could. I'm to trying to get down on people from india or whatever.... but comon you'd think the money saved using prision labor in america for assembling computers could at least be used to hire american tech support. :disgust:

I took advantage of an AOL deal that gave away a $100 GC, AOL sent a $25 TRU GC, spent 1/2 hour trying to explain to a CS person in Bangalore that directing me to a link to Amazon from AOL wasn't going to fix the problem, finally gave up, had Amazon call AOL for me...

I  Dell. I make a lot of money fixing their pieces of crap. The big thing for the last couple of months has been bad diodes on the desktop motherboards. This is across their entire line of desktops, not just one model. I love it. 😀 In and out in a little over 5 minutes usually. 😛
