Dell + MSN Rebate -- help

MSN has the nice $20 off $100 deal at select merchants. Dell is not listed, but are on a featured merchants list, but no passport is at dell.com when I try to sign out. Does anyone know if this works or not?

I saw Dell on a list there too but it was not in the participating list. Dell was just in a merchant list that looked like the participant list,, I was all worked up too when I first saw it.

I'll reconfirm what everyone else has stated ... Dell is not a participating merchant in MSN's holiday rewards program.
