When someone mentions the screen door effect, are they talking about being able to see some kind of lines throughout the monitor? I have two, and one you can clearly see more lines than my other 2001FP.

Any other comments regarding this screen door effect?

That's because one panel has a larger gap between the pixels. That just means that one of your panels was from a different supplier or perhaps was a different revision.

Screen door effect can be seen on almost any LCD, especially by those who are used to high qualty CRTs or very high resolution density LCDs. It generally isn't much of a problem, especially once you start focusing on the content of the screen, not the screen itself.
