That seems high... Aren't these $519 each? That should be $1038 plus tax, plus shipping. Is this right? Just wondering.
 
tax could be anywhere from ~$50 to ~$80 depending on sales tax in your state...Shipping about $40ish per unit..that sounds about right. I guess this deal isn't so hot after tax and shipping. $695 shipped and no tax last week would be about the same as 2 @ full price + tax + shipping + 1 free.
 
Tax in AZ is 8%.

I think this is hot, $407 for each Dell 17 " LCD, inc tax and S/H.
I happen to be able to use 3, but IMHO This is HOT

 
I am in Rochester NY and would love a 19" or 17". I can work with anyone from Buffalo to Syracuse and even the Southern Tier. Anyone?
 
If anyone is interested in getting two Dell2000fp with this, I will buy the third at the discount minus shipping expenses. I would do it the other way around but know that my credit cannot take the >2 grand hit it would take to get these things.

Tax + Shipping definitely cools this deal down some, but I guess you still get a pretty good monitor at a good price. The 2000FP for ~1000 is tempting.
 
uh...call me me newbietastic, if not newbielicious as well, but which one of the 17 inchers is the "best" of the bunch, and which one would be the best value for this deal...thanks in advance, ai to heiwa

By the way, is it necessary to get all three same monitors in order to get this deal? I personally like the Dell 1900FP or 2000FP more.
 
I bought 6 of the FP1800 and got 3 free.. they list as 799 each.. after discount comes out to be 532+ tax which is cheaper than the 699 the week before !
 
i just called dell. they are offering free ground shipping with this deal, but the new sale prices do not apply. so the 19" is still $899, 18": $799, 17" (ultrasharp): $699, and the regular 17" is $519.

Deal is through small business, so I think they tax everyone 🙁

Still though, with free shipping, this deal is better than the 20% + $25, its hotter in places where sales tax is lower too 🙂

You get an effective 33% - <sales tax %> off of your purchase, which in almost every case works out to be better than 20% and $25 off.

Hmm....what apps can really take advantage 2 19'' FP's next to one another? Up until this point, I've just been running different apps on a CRT and my LCD or on 2 CRT's. Are there any apps that can really take advantage of the thin bezel and create the appearance of one really big screen?
