Guys, I have a Dell Latitude Cpx H. I did a online configuration scan on the Dell Support site, It says Current CPU Speed:500Mhz and Maximum CPU Speed:600 Mhz. Is the laptop underclocked? How do I increase it to 600Mhz? I tried to change the speed through the CMOS but I can't find the option. Please help!

Thanx

Dell's website is probably just telling you that they offer, in some models, a different processor. I don't think you can overclock it.

It's probably a Pentium III speedstep no?

Meaning it runs at 600mhz when plugged into a wall outlet and 500mhz when on battery?
