I have an interview with Dell for an intern position. The position in in the Product Development Group. This group mainly deals with motherboards, peripherals, sound/video cards etc.
I have a limited knowledge about hardware. I mean I understand ratings and specifications but not upto date with whats going on.
Do you know any place where I can find a nice summary about computer hardware, general stuff like how much memory can your mobo access and why? Why is the PCI bus speed a bottle neck?
Even if you don't know anything in specific, please point to something broader if you can.
