Dell Internal TrueMobile 1150 Mini-PCI Wireless Card?

I don't really want anything jutting out of the computer, most PCMCIA wireless cards have an annoying 1 inch antenna sticking out of them.

in my case (Inspiron 4100) it plugs next to memory slots, attached two internal antennas and that's all. nothing pops out the computer.
I do enjoy it.

Can you give me more information on the internal antenna usage, because every review I've read mention the Orinoco card as having an external "hump" as seen in
this picture

Is this some sort of standard internal antenna connection I don't know about?

are we talking about miniPCI or PCMCIA? don't get confused.
here
this is the one!
it has 2 connectors on board to connect antennas / antena ;depends on your laptop.
dell +10% off

Man. Orinoco makes all kind of cards (PCI, PCMCIA, mini-PCI, Gold is for 128bit WEP, Silver is for 64bit).
Your tread is about Dell Internal TrueMobile 1150 Mini-PCI Wireless Card which is made by Orinoco, for DELL, implementing their Orinoco gold card in mini-PCI form.
Clear now?
orinoco miniPCI = Dell Internal TrueMobile 1150 Mini-PCI Wireless Card
