I have a dell inspiron 530s dual core 2500 with 4gb of ram and a couple drives in it.
What is a good video card to get to turn this into my replacement HTPC that i will use Snapstream Beyond TV on?

My current HTPC is an amd 2400 and is starting to bug out

i have 8600 GTS pny $20
and cheapo 3650HD (hdmi/displayport 2.0)

both work great. ATI has better windows 2008 64bit (hyper-V enabled) Drivers imo.

Just make sure you get a Low Profile card, that model is a SFF of course. Also, I don't think the PSU has a 6pin power connector for something like the low profile 9600GT.

i had a 531s (amd version of the 530) i put in a 7600gs low profile card, use a dvi to hdmi adapter and it worked fine. course though only used it on a 720p TV though. power supply does not have a 6 pin pci-e power connector
