Dell Inspiron 4000 owners?

anyone got one? if so how do you like it. build quality? battery life with the 6 cell or 8 cell? thanks.

Got one recently. Don't like it much but it's alright for its price. The harddrive's kinda noisy. I had it replaced but it's still so noisy. (Many Inspiron's owners have the same problem). Audio quality's not so good (but alright with headphone or external speaker). Other than these problems, I think it's OK. If you plan to upgrade to a 3-year warranty, check the price for Inspiron 8000 (it comes with 3 years warranty) and compare.
