ok, exactly as i thought.

YOU CANT STACK OTHER PROMOS AND GET ANOTHER SYSTEM

for example, dimension 8200 with 17" CRT for $1299, minus $50 off, $250 rebate, and free shipping.

as far as reading the promo e-mail goes, i think for you to get the fourth system free you have to pay shipping and handling, tax, and regular price.

best dell value addded reseller pricing i can get right now: Inspiron 2650

Mobile Pentium®4 processor,1.4 GHz-M 14.1 XGA
128MB 266MHz 2 Dimms
8MB DDR 4X AGP NVIDIA GeForce2 Go?Vid

all for $1200 shipped with my incentives

seems like its dell small business?
it sounds to me like you have to personallyplace a phone order or email order with the dude to have it work....unless dropping them into your shopping basket automatically qualifies. but then do you get to choose which of the four you get free? and then of course, which of the 3 you buy can the fourth be matched to in terms of "equal or lesser value"

cuz then it would be wotrh it to buy one thing pricey, the other two cheap, then have the fourth match the pricey item

someone with a lot of money wanna try calling the dude? 🙂

i believe its the dell large oppritunities division. you HAVE to call in the order. my rep works with dell, and half the time i can get a better discount running online instead.

ie: what he'll give me right off the bat: 2.5% off.
what AT can get online stacking promos: 7% off.
what I can get if i whisk it all together online: you dont want to know.
