Dells automated system accepted, confirmed then day later, cancelled my order.
spending all day on phone with them to resolve this issue, even at one point having the bank, on the phone with them 3-way. They still couldn't complete a transaction, that had been cancelled. leaving the balance for the purchase stuck in limo. Which the bank tells me could be 8 business days.
I have all requirered info: transaction ID's from the bank side, my Dell order/customer number
So I am left with no order, no money to go elsewhere till the holds time out. Dell is basically getting an interest free loan for x-amount days, and every day I go without a machine damages are being accrued with legal fees.
I don't even want their laptop anymore, I want revenge!
My advice to friends and family, after this experience and reading countless other very similar posts is NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH DELL!
