do they charge taxes to California from Dell Home? I read in their forums they only charge taxes thru their business section but I go order it thru the Dell home it still shows tax... 🙁

nm found that they do.

was just reminded that we are now required to collect tax on orders shipping to Michigan in the home sales division. Pretty much the entire Big 10 area is now on the list, which includes Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Pennsylvania, as well as Texas, Kentucky, Tennessee, Nevada, North Carolina, Idaho, Virginia, Missouri, Florida, Mississippi, and California. I apologize for the confusion. Michigan, Mississippi and Minnesota were all just added recently.

19" = 25ms response time

fp2001 20" lcd = 16ms response

150$ is worth it for the gamer who likes the extra inch and fast response time.

yea I ordered a benq 17" 16 ms which I sold and a 19" benq, my card is getting pretty full. 🙁 It was 240$ to upgrade to the fp2001 so I"ll stay with the benq and hope that the fp2001 drops down to 500$. 🙂
 
Anyone know what the response time is on the 1703fp? I'm into gaming and I'm really thinking of getting this...

Man I have the worse luck; why do these stackable coupons show up AFTER I thought I got a good deal to begin with (I bought in on the Dell SB 20% deal last week)?
 
FWIW don't think the E172FP is Ultrasharp - so somewhat less contrast, lesser viewing angle, etc. if that matters to you.

I believe the 1703fp is 25ms, but to be honest, i play Farcry on mine every few days and while there is a 'slight' ghosting effect during the really fast scenes, it is by no means pronouned and in my opinion not a problem at all. Its really pretty good at games IMO......
