Dell has new lower prices

Dell just lowered their prices on Inspiron notebooks. They are quite a bit lower than last week (the last time I checked them out). From what I can see, the prices are better in the Home section instead of the Small Business section. The business section has a $100 MIR and a free m100, while the home section has the lower prices, up to $150 MIR, and a free printer (after MIR).
 
Actually, the price has not gotten lower. That's the price after rebate. Before rebate it's still the same. They give away free epson printer in their current promotion, not as good as the last one when they were giving free DVD/CDRW upgrade.
