I don't know... this doesn't scream "stolen", but after I used a bunch of coupons and such I got mine for only $725 shipped (and that's including FatCash) - so I'm curious how he could sell these at $750 and make any kind of profit. Why he wouldn't sell all of these on ebay - you'd get more than $750 for each one. That's what I'd do.

He is selling it on Ebay as well. A week ago I saw a posting on Craig's List for the same price. It was listed in all major cities that utilizes Craig's List. I flagged it because I felt that was just spam and CL is mainly reserved for local transactions. Plus, there are enough scams on CL.

I dont know where this guy got them but it seems pretty legit from what I get. Its a publicly listed site so if anything is hot as iamcdn28 so eloquently put it will come back to haunt him soon enough.

I'd much rather pay another $25 and get the warranty with it from Dell and also the assurance that it's not a scam where I may have to give the LCD back to the rightful owner and be screwed out of my money as well.
