I just heard of this service.. what do you guys think of it?

Most likely pretty good. They already have a lot of products available to enhance the security of their machines. Dell control vault is their software to help consumers increase the overall security of their machines and this looks like a big step up from that by integrating system wide security focused components like: Bitlocker, self encrypting drives and TPM ....etc...

A service like this would most likely be very attractive for outsourcing the security side of IT for small business to Enterprise with varying degrees and strictness in their SLA agreements.

I guess it comes down to price and how much expertise is available in house.

Yes it looks interesting to me too, but not sure i would use it. I would like to see an actual demo though, and i haven't been able to find a video or anything on that yet...

also it is unclear how much it would cost yearly.
