Dell D1626HT-1 (UltraScan? 1600HS Series) problem

I just bought one of these class A refurbished 21" Trinitron monitors from ComputerGeeks. Problem is everything is green in one of the lower corners and red in the other lower corner. The effect fades toward the center of the screen but is at least 1.5". None of the adjustments seem to do anything about this. Its the same regardless of the adjustments and refresh rates. I doubt its a cable issue because I am using the same cable as the previous monitor (a 21" Micron). Anyone know what causes this or if there is a user fix? If not, I just have to say: refurbished, my @$$

TIA

It sounds like the color guns in your monitor are out of adjustment. I assume monitors have guns similar to tv"s. Possibly a TV repair shop could adjust it.

Thanks; but it looks like its in worse shape than I thought. Now (after a total of 5 hours of use) its so blurry you can't read anything. None of the convergence adjustments help. I hate Comp Geeks!!! Theoir definition of refurbished: stick a shipping label on the POS.
