Of course their ratings are starting to go south to due to their poor Customer Support. Just wait until thier Manufacturing is all outsourced and they will become the Packard Bell of the PC Business!

I've seen the commercial 3 times since I've been home this evening. What's up with Dell rehashing old commercials? That commercial is from early in the "INTERN" series and the kids were based at the home campus in Round Rock, TX then .... not India. LOL. This is way before Dell gave these kids a big tour bus to roam the country in.

Notice the end of the commercial when Dufus is playing with the light switch. You can see 3 interns (including a blonde chick) walking away down the hallway. Including Dufus, that makes 4 interns which is what they began with. They have since jettisoned one of the guys and the girl has been replaced twice at least. The current one isn't even blonde.

As I said earlier, insultingly stupid commercial series.
