Dell.com or Dell.com support not working

I am in the process of trying to check my Dell laptop for everything. This does not seem to be Analyizing System.
My problem is that when I try to contact Dell Support the web page comes up blank.

Does anyone know of this happening or does anyone know of a resolution?

An advance Thank you to anyone that can help me.

Thank you very much, but I had tried that before sending the original thread.

When I click on "Yes, I agree" for Download and install the Dell System Detect application to proceed, nothing happens.

Please help

Oh ok yes, but now it is showing the following;

"Sorry, the Dell Driver Analyze Utility is currently only supported on Internet Explorer running on Windows XP or higher. To search for drivers, please enter your Service Tag or choose your product model.
to return to the Drivers & Downloads page."

I am using IE9 and on Windows Vista.

Please help.

I really appreciate your help, thank you.

I just wanted to go through the process through Dell as before that was all. I wanted the analizing and to search for any updates but it isn't working.

It analyzes the system but then stops there with an error.

Honestly, the system analysis and detection software used by Dell isn't very useful. You'll still have to research each separate update and determine if it even applies to your system.
