Dell.com just got hacked

Will be hilarious for the people who order a Xeon for that price knowing the sites been hacked. Then go on to throw a total bitch when Dell doesn't honor the price "but they have to give it to me for 50 bucks FUCK DELL I'm going to sue them if they don't!"

The internet is full of asshats like that.

In for -

Xeon L5430 2.66 GHz Quad Core Second Processor for Dell PowerEdge 1950/ 2950 III/ M600 Server $10.99

That's the best deal w/ OCing 😛

The weird thing is that they have legit prices in there. There is a Sempron that is priced about right, but you've got Nehalems for 70 bucks. Its insane.

Ouch. The asshats who order knowing it's hacked are stupid; who knows where their CC info goes after the site has been compromised?

This..

i wouldn't order anything giving legit info.. if the site is compromised, the order entry database might be as well.. giving hackers free access to your CC info.

If they really hid it in hot deals it isn't my fault for not knowing. No one uses that sad remanent of a once powerful but now long forgotten forum.

it was in Hot Deals, Free Stuff, Technical Forum Issues, Personal Forum issues .. just about any forum, except Off Topic.

- = COMPLETELY OFF TOPIC! = -

I keep browsing the dell outlet page, and their prices & selection sucks. Is it true people run automated scripts to suck up the good deals as soon as they are posted?
If thats the situation, how the fuck are regular folks supposed to get a bargain?
